Determination of personal needs
- Determination of personal needs and requirements of the client (via Questionnaire)
- Checking the market in regard of availability of properties
- Preselecting and checking availability of property
Home-Search, based on the clients wishes
- Viewing of the chosen property (up to 6) with the client
Administrative Procedures
- Negotiating rental-contract
- Checking rental-contract
- Registration of utilities: Telephone, Radio/TV, Internet, Cablecom, Satellite, Electricity, etc.
- Support in insurance matters (health-, car-, household-, liability- and legal insurance)
- Accompaniment to the district office or municipality (registration for work and residence permit) and bank account opening
Hand-over
- Presence at hand-over (with protocol)
- Information regarding waste disposal/Serafe and other matters
Helpline
- should the service be cancelled before termination, time for research, making appointments and time of property search will be charged = CHF 280.-per hour
- For tours outside Canton Zurich a fee of CHF 290 is added (once).

Awareness-Tour
- Determination of personal needs and requirements of the client
- Viewing of different city-districts and lake-communities
- Viewing of 2-3 sample apartments in order to get a first impression of the Swiss housing market
- Information regarding infrastructure, public transportation system, banks, hospitals, shopping etc.
- First information regarding Swiss culture and customs, rules and regulations
House-Hunting
- Determination of personal needs and requirements of the client regarding houses and apartments
- Checking the market in regard of availability of properties
- Preselecting and checking availability of property
- Viewing of the chosen property (up to 10) with the client
- Two schools are included in the Full-Service-Package (Schools are visited during house-hunting)
Administrative Procedures
- Negotiating/Checking rental-contracts
- Accompany client to registration-office in new community or Kreisbüro to start process of obtaining work and resident permit.
- Assistence with opening bank-accounts
- Registration of utilities: Telephone, Radio/TV, Internet, Cablecom, Electricity, etc.
- Support in insurance matters (health-, car-, household-, liability- and legal insurance)
Hand-over
- Presence at hand-over (with protocol)
- Information regarding waste disposal/Serafe and other matters
- Help with finding handymen
- Support in Insurance matters
